a gem of a stay

maintained grounds clean pool branded drinks various activities
i recently spent four nights at this resort and it was WONDERFUL. the grounds are very well-kept. i enjoyed the various activities available near the pool area, clean. also, the availability of branded drinks at several bars was a great touch.
the hotel is quite extensive and the walk to my room felt a bit LONG.

i found the guest relations team consistently helpful, especially Semina, always ready to assist with any question. davut gun, the hospitality chief, ENSURED the service was high quality. ibrahim temizkan and bilal, a very caring waiter, also contributed to the lovely service.

the hotel's position. the beach was well-organized and featured a beautiful jetty, good for walks. the proximity to public transport also made reaching other areas SIMPLE.

my room felt spacious and very well presented with a nice view. the housekeeping staff cleaned it to a high standard EVERY day, sometimes creating towel swans. i even received flowers one day, a sweet SURPRISE.

the variety of food OPTIONS made every meal exciting, with many choices. i particularly enjoyed the cake shop on site, though it was hard to resist going often. the complimentary mexican a la carte was a very special touch, with great QUALITY.

charmed by the service and amenities!

The bar staff was helpful. night entertainment had a decent standard. the hotel offers theme nights at the restaurant, i enjoyed the tugra restaurant a la carte! arriving late, i had to figure things out myself since there were no guest relations staff available. This was a very minor issue the next day.
Some areas looked quite busy. Though this never affected my enjoyment. it was more of a minor observation than a problem.

The dining area includes a gluten-free section and kids section. It has a large variety of international foods. the mexican and turkish restaurants served excellent portions. the service was really great!

Our room had a river view. The river runs through the hotel. it also has a beautiful sea view, it included a super clean and clean room. the lovely housekeeping team ensured everything was perfect daily.
